Return window

You may request a return within fourteen days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Condition

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition:

• Unworn, unwashed and free of perfume, make-up or other marks.
• With all original tags and labels still attached.
• In the original packaging, where practical.

We reserve the right to decline a return that arrives in a condition that does not meet these requirements.

How to initiate a return

Email support@lune-brand.com within the return window, quoting your order number and the item or items you wish to return. Our team will confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send anything back before your return has been approved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Refunds are made in AED; the amount received in your local currency may vary with exchange rates and is determined by your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The simplest way to exchange for a different size or style is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you would like guidance on sizing before ordering, contact us and we will be happy to advise.

Non-returnable items

For reasons of hygiene and made-to-order production, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as final sale.
• Bespoke, made-to-measure or personalised pieces.
• Gift cards.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty or you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@lune-brand.com within forty-eight hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.
